Advanced Land Navigation Course 27-28 April

$300.00

Master your craft of navigating the wilderness! This course will provide you advanced navigation techniques to take you to the next level.

Description

Go beyond the basics and master your craft of navigating the wilderness.

This course is designed for those the novice to experienced outdoorsman.  The course begins in the classroom, but the majority of the time is spent outdoors and the student will travel upwards of 5-10 kilometers in austere conditions.

Cost is $300 with a couple caveats: YOUR child (under 18) may attend for free provided they travelled in your vehicle). Parking is limited, and groups are small as a result. IF you plan on carpooling with others, let Stoker know so he can adjust the class size as needed. This is an overnight course, and you must pack and carry all of your equipment (including food, which is not provided) – once we depart, there will be no returning to vehicles except for emergencies. Conditions are austere (no electricity, running water, etc).

Designed for: Novice to experienced. Students will traverse several miles through the wilderness off trail.

LOCATION: Blairsville, GA. All coordinating instructions will be sent upon registration. If you need to camp the day prior or after the class to reduce your total travel costs, coordinate with Stoker – there’s no need to stay in a hotel unless you want to.
